Job Summary:

Envision Construction is seeking an experienced and dedicated Restoration Project Manager to oversee and manage restoration and residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of restoration and residential construction processes. This role is critical to ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.

Budget Management:

  • Monitor and control project costs to ensure adherence to budget.
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure all work meets Envision Construction's high standards for quality and craftsmanship.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.

Safety Management:

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and site audits.

Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and address any client concerns or requests.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Prepare and submit regular project reports to senior management.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing residential construction projects from start to finish.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of residential construction processes, materials, and building codes.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work on construction sites in various weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift and carry materials up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, as necessary to meet project deadlines.
